Golden Star will perform these works when providing representative office dissolution services:

1.Advising on terminationof operation of representative office

-Advising on law about terminationof operation of representative office;

-Advising toprepare documents to terminate representative office;

-Advising to complete accounting books;

-Advising to complete the tax declaration documents;

-Advising to complete the tax settlement dossiers;

-Advising on invoices, vouchers when terminating operation of representative office (if any);

-Advising on liquidation of assets(if any).

-Advising on liquidation of liabilities (if any).

1.2.Preparing dossiers and submitting dossiers

-Preparing dossiers as prescribed;

-Submitting dossiers to a competent authority;

1.3. Performing tax settlement procedure with tax agency to obtain certificate for completing tax obligation:

-Advising to complete accounting books, tax settlement dossiers;

-Preparing tax settlement documents for termination of operation of representative;

-Submitting tax settlement documents to tax agency;

-Supporting to work and explain tax settlement to the tax agency;

-Getting certificate for completing tax obligation from the tax agency;

1.4.Performing procedures related to labour obligations, social insurance:

-Drafting dossiers, submitting dossiers, receiving results according to authorization;

1.5. Give  seal back, making announcement on  termination:

-Give back seal and receiving notice of recall seal;

-Making announcement on terminationof operation of representative office;

-Preparing, providing documents and information as requestment of Golden Star.

-Providing documents related to tax declaration and tax payment of representative office;

-Signing documents and dossiers in accordance with regulations.
