1- BUSINESS REGISTRATION SERVICE FEES

Note: 
- Business registration service outside Ho Chi Minh City, additional service fee from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND.

- The above prices are exclusive of VAT and state fees

2- WORKS OF GOLDEN STAR WHEN PERFORMING BUSINESS REGISTRATION SERVICES

When performing services, Golden Star will perform the following tasks:

- Consulting on related content;

- Guiding customers to prepare documents;

- Draft ingdocuments and sending documents to customers for signature;

- Submitting documents to competent authorities as authorized;

- Receiving results as authorized

3- TIME FOR PERFORMING BUSINESS REGISTRATION SERVICES

To draft documents and carry out business registration procedures, businesses often spend a lot of time and effort. However, with the business registration consulting service at Golden Star, the implementation time is only 3-7 working days.

- From 1 -2 working days for Golden Star to advise, prepare documents, send customers to sign documents, assign staff to submit documents at the Business Registration Office;

- About 3 - 5 working days for the Business Registration Authority to check the documents and issue the Business Registration Certificate.

4- BUSINESS REGISTRATION SERVICE PROCESS

Step 1: Receive customer requests, quote service fees

- Golden Star Accounting Firm will receive customer requests via phone, email, or zalo.

- After receiving information about the customer's requirements and clearly understanding the customer's problem, Golden Star will quote the service price and agree on the accompanying terms.

Step 2: Sign the service agreement

After agreeing on the work content and service fees, Golden Star and the customer will sign a service agreement.

Step 3: Consult and draft documents

- Golden Star Accounting Firm staff will advise customers on documents and information that need to be provided to Golden Star.

- Golden Star Accounting staff will draft documents and send them to customers to sign.

Step 4: Submit documents and receive results

- Golden Star accounting staff will submit documents and receive results according to customer authorization.

- During the service implementation process, both parties will have regular and continuous exchanges to grasp the directions and ways to resolve the work quickly and most conveniently.

- If any situation arises, Golden Star will discuss and consult with customers to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Step 5: Hand over documents

Golden Star staff will hand over the results to customers.
