1.Consulting company establishment
- Instructing clients to provide information and necessary documents;
- Consulting and instructing clients to choose business lines;
- Consulting and instructing clients to choose name of company (Vietnamese, English, abbreviated name);
- Consulting and guiding clients to choose the location of the head office;
- Consulting and guiding clients to choose the size of contribution capital, form of capital contribution, organizational structure and corporate governance;
2.Preparing dossiers on company establisment
- Implementing draft of forms in accordance with the regulations of the business registry (Application for business registration, charter, list of members ...) ;
3.Submitting dossiers and receiving result in establishing company
- Submitting company establishment documnets to the licensing authority as authorized by the customer.
4. Making a seal, publishing company establishment, declaring initial tax
- Making a seal for the newly founding company;
- Registering and declaring initial tax with the tax department;
- Implementing the procedure of using the first invoice with the tax departmentt;
- Carrying out the publication of company establishment on the newspaper as prescribed;
5. Services affter establishing company
- Drafting capital contribution certificate, member book, capital contribution notice ...;
- Accounting and bookeeping services;
- Declaring tax, consulting tax;
- Making financial statements, tax finalization .... ….
II-TASK OF CLIENTS WHEN ESTABLISHING COMPANY
When establishing a company, customers must prepare the following documents and information:
- Identification card/Passport (copy notarized) of capital contributing members;
- Form of company expecting to be established;
- Company name expecting to be established;
- Head office address of company expecting to be established, office leasing contract;
- Business line for the company expecting to be established;
- The legal representative of the company expecting to be established;
- Contribution capital to the company, the type of contribution capital;
- Capital contribution members, capital contribution ratio of members;
